CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policy A card is required on file when booking an appointment. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is only used to hold your appointment and will only be charged if we need to enforce our cancellation or no-show policy. Cancellation Policy Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a $50 cancellation fee may apply and must be paid before booking a future appointment. No-Show Appointments If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show. A non-refundable $75 no-show fee will be charged. Late Arrivals We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment depending on timing. Redo Services If you are unhappy with your hair, please contact us within one week of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment with your stylist or the owner to address the concern. Redo services are intended to correct the original concern and are not considered a full new service. We do not offer refunds, credits, or discounts for future appointments.
