CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $50 fee, which must be paid prior to rescheduling. No-show Appointments If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be classified as a “no-show.” A fee of $75 will be applied to your next booking. Late Arrivals We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or provide a different service that requires less time. Redo Services If you are dissatisfied with your hair, please contact us within one week of your appointment. We will provide a complimentary service with your stylist or the owner to address the issue. Please note that this service will not be considered a full service and is intended solely to rectify the problem. We do not offer refunds or credits for future appointments.
