CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time at Rose Hair & Co. is very important to us. We are thankful you want to spend your time with us. Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment at the last minute it is hard to fill your spot with another guest. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 20% of the service booked. No shows will be charged 50% of the service booked. We do understand that emergencies and sickness are uncontrollable and we do offer grace. We just ask you to please let us know as soon as possible.
